The Communia Project

As a member of the Consortium lead by the Technical University of Torino, in preparation for the revision of the EU provisions on royalty, we have joined international activities concerning the legal aspects of cultural and intellectual property. This project mainly focuses on the fields of copyright, copyleft, creative commons and public domain, including their extension to new areas, assuring wide publicity, researching the relevant domestic legal environment and acquiring international experience, thus supporting domestic and EU decision upon the above issues.
