Anonymization

Act CI. of 2007 on ‘Ensuring Availability of the Data Needed for Preparing Decision-Making’ as well as its enacting decree came into force on 1 December 2007 which entitle leaders of the state and government offices to use the data bases of the public authorities and institutions in order to support their decision-making activities with economic and social relevance under strict observance of full anonymity and aligning with privacy regulations. Following the above stated date, these anonymized databases are made available for every citizen.

As stated in the enacting decree John von Neumann Digital Library and Multimedia Centre Kht. is appointed to author the anonymized data base and act as an implementing body in any related tasks as being a state-owned company highly experienced in the management of electronic registers and databases.
